- How does the online shop work?

 

The online shop is an area allowing you to obtain your Cap'bus travel pass.

You can order your travel pass or reload your card if you already have one.

 

  • Ordering:

You do not have a Cap'bus card and you would like to obtain one, without having to go anywhere.

Just click on "Order".

This service allows you to buy a 10-trip card. Follow the instructions and Cap'bus will deliver one or more 10-trip cards to your home, within 6 days.

Once you have received the card, you just have to validate it; you are then free to make use of it.

 

  • Reloading:

You have a Cap'bus card issued in your name with a photo (card issued at the retail outlet) and you would like to reload it, without having to go anywhere.

Just click on "Reload".

This service allows you to reload your card remotely. To do this, follow the instructions and your card will be reloaded, within a delay of 4 days. You will then be free to make use of it.

You can choose the start of your travel pass validity period (subject to the necessary processing delay), and this will then be the date from which you can start travelling on the Cap'bus network.

Take note, when you reload your ticket online, for your first trip and only for the first time you board a bus on the Cap'bus city network, please wait a few seconds for the light indicator to turn green and for a "beep" to sound.

 

These few seconds serve to register the new information on your card and indicate to the driver that your card has been reloaded. For subsequent trips, you will just have to validate your travel pass as usual.

 

-  Which tickets can I order or reload through the online shop ? 

 

For the "Order"service, only the Cap’bus 10-trip card (Cap’Ten) requiring no supporting documentation is available for sale.

You can order one or several cards at the same time for a single purchase. You can also accumulate 20,30, 40 or 50 trips on a single card!

If there are several of you travelling, you can all use a single card, you just have to indicate this to the driver who will deduct the necessary number of passes.

The balance indicating the number of remaining trips can be seen after each validation at the validation terminal.

If your balance is zero, you can load 10 trips or more on board the bus, which can be done with the driver.

Thanks to the "Reload"service, you can reload the card in your name containing a photo (card only delivered through the shop) with several passes:

  • 10-trip card (Cap'ten)
  • 10-trip card subject to terms and conditions (Cap'tenJ)
  • All Access Monthly Travel Pass (Cap'31)
  • Monthly Travel Pass subject to terms and conditions (Cap'31J)
  • All Access Annual Travel Pass (Grand'Cap)

 

You can reload several different travel passes (for example: 10 trips + monthly travel pass) at the same time on the same card. You can also reload several cards through a single payment.
